Location Shoots

Can we do a site reccy to view the farm before making our location booking?

Yes – please contact Bree Taaffe directly to organise this on 0438 217 007

Is there a green room available for use by our team while we are shooting at the farm?

Yes – our pool house is a large building with mezzanine which contains a kitchen and bathroom and can be used for dressing models, hair and make-up, and general use by anyone attending the shoot on the day.

Can you provide catering for rural photoshoots?

No – however we have a number of businesses in near-by Windsor that can. We also have a coffee shop in Wilberforce for the all important coffee run.  We will also provide basic coffee and tea facilities as well as fresh drinking water for any team members on the shoot.

Can large trucks be brought onto Hadden Farm?

Yes – we are able to take large semi-trailers and catering trucks onto the main part of the property – just not necessarily right out to where you are shooting, depending where it is.

What insurance documents do you require before a location shoot?

We must be provided a copy of your Public Liability Certificate of Currency at least 24 hours prior to the start of the shoot.
